          Termination of Services

              • Either party reserves the right to terminate services with prior written notice if there is a breach of terms or if circumstances warrant such termination.

              • Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be payable by the client.

                • Sumon Sohrab does not guarantee specific results from the services provided as the effectiveness of SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads can vary based on various factors.
